Unsolicited Email

Any unsolicited email sent to any user at boing.net will incur a fee of USD$100 per email. Opt-in email lists are considered spam unless the recipient has knowingly acknowledged a request to be added to such a list and given consent to be added via email from a boing.net email address.

This is non-negotiable. Remuneration per email will be sought immediately and through the appropriate channels if, any unsolicited email is received by a user at boing.net.

This is effective immediately. This policy is subject to change without notice. Reports will be sent to abuse@boing.net and a list of spam senders will be posted. Thank you for your attention
